- almond flour or 1 & 1/4 cups oat flour, certified gluten-free
- salt

- vegan chocolate chips
- peanut butter almond butter or sunbutter can also be used
How to Make Best Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
Peanut Butter Layer
- In a medium-sized bowl, using a mixer or a food processor mix the peanut butter, maple syrup, salt and flour until well combined.
- Press mixture into an 8×8 dish.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Layer
- Add chocolate chips and remaining peanut butter into a microwave safe dish and microwave on 30 second increments until chips are melted about 2 – 2 & 1/2 minutes.
- Pour melted chocolate peanut butter mixture over peanut butter layer.
- Place in freezer for one hour, then cut and serve.
- Keep stored in fridge or freezer.
