Easy! You can make these with 3 ingredients! We made these for the first time while we were on vacation in the woods in a little cabin with no sugar or flour on hand. It was late in the day, everyone had a sweet tooth but a grocery store wasn’t around for miles. Luckily my mom remembered this recipe from www.skinnytaste.com. I wish we had pictures of them from vacation, they turned out almost like breakfast bars that we topped with a spoonful of jelly.
The best thing about these, besides being so easy to make, is you can change them up each time based on whatever you have on hand. Chocolate chips, trail mix, dried cranberries, pumpkin, oatmeal, or any other fun ingredients you have handy.
