1.25cupNon Dairy MilkI used Soy Milk, can be sweetened or unsweetened depending on how sweet you like your cakes
1.5cupsAll Purpose Flourgenerous scoops for extra fluffiness
1tspCinnamonor try dark cocoa powder
In a large bowl add milk, banana, and oil.
Stir and mash the banana until the desired creaminess. I like to keep chunks of banana.
Stir in flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder until evenly mixed.
Heat your griddle to about 350° Or stovetop to medium heat
Scoop about 1/2 cup of batter onto the griddle or frying pan to make each pancake. Turn over once you start to see some bubbles, about 2-3 min each side. They may need to cook longer depending on how fluffy they come out.
Add vegan butter, syrup, and sliced bananas, strawberries, and/or blueberries to top them off and enjoy!
