Vegan Mushroom Gravy
Vegan Mushroom gravy that is so delicious. Straight-forward recipe.
- 1/4 cup Vegan butter
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 1/3 cup flour
- 32 oz Vegan mushroom stock (reduced sodium version if it's available)
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme (you can use 3/4 tsp fresh thyme if you have it)
- sea salt & pepper to taste
