flour

baking powder

baking soda

Vegan butter

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees, and grease a
baking dish
.
In a
medium bowl
stir together 2 cups
flour
, 1 tsp
baking powder
, 1/4 tsp
baking soda
, and 1/4 tsp
salt
.
In a
large bowl
beat 3/4 cup
Vegan butter
and 1.5 cups
brown sugar
until creamy. Add 2 egg replacements, 2 tbsp
non-dairy milk
, and 1 tsp
vanilla
. Beat well. Gradually add
flour
mixture and beat well. Stir in 1 cup
Vegan chocolate chips
.
Transfer batter to greased
baking dish
and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. After a toothpick comes out clean let the blondies cool for 15 minutes in the
baking dish
, then cut into bars and enjoy!
