Instructions How to Make Chocolate Blueberry Clusters
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dairy-free chocolate chips and peanut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, repeating 3-4 times.
Once the chocolate and peanut butter is completely melted, stir in the oil and if you want these sweeter, you can add some agave.
Add the blueberries to the melted chocolate mixture and gently stir them to make sure they are coated.
Use a spoon to transfer small clusters of the mixture onto a large plate lined with wax paper or place them in a muffin tin with paper liners or silicone muffin pans. Aim for 7-8 blueberries per cluster and make 8-10 clusters in total.
Refrigerate the clusters for 20-30 minutes until the chocolate hardens or freeze clusters until chocolate hardens, about 5-10 minutes and then place in a freezer bag. Enjoy when you're feeling some blueberry yumminess!
