Chocolate Blueberry Clusters

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries rinsed and clean. Do not use frozen blueberries as they become mushy
  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate milk chocolate or dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil vegetable oil or canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon agave optional for sweetness

Instructions

Instructions How to Make Chocolate Blueberry Clusters

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dairy-free chocolate chips and peanut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, repeating 3-4 times.
  • Once the chocolate and peanut butter is completely melted, stir in the oil and if you want these sweeter, you can add some agave.
  • Add the blueberries to the melted chocolate mixture and gently stir them to make sure they are coated.
  • Use a spoon to transfer small clusters of the mixture onto a large plate lined with wax paper or place them in a muffin tin with paper liners or silicone muffin pans. Aim for 7-8 blueberries per cluster and make 8-10 clusters in total.
  • Refrigerate the clusters for 20-30 minutes until the chocolate hardens or freeze clusters until chocolate hardens, about 5-10 minutes and then place in a freezer bag. Enjoy when you're feeling some blueberry yumminess!
