Ingredients
1candiced tomatoes w/ chiles(~14.5oz)
1cancoconut milk(full fat, ~13.5oz)
8ozmushroomssliced
2cupsbell pepperchopped
3clovesminced garlic
1tsponion powder
½tspgarlic powder
1tspdried basil(or a handful of fresh basil)
1tspsalt
½tspblack pepper
1Tbspnutritional yeast
1Tbsptomato paste
Instructions
Heat a skillet on medium. After it's hot add 1 Tbsp of water, and add the mushrooms, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook for 4-5 minutes stirring often.
8 oz mushrooms, 2 cups bell pepper, 3 cloves minced garlic
Add remaining ingredients to the skillet and cook on medium-low for another 5 minutes.
