This recipe for our easy and creamy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Yogurt Popsicles is deliciously homemade and absolutely perfect for a refreshing summer treat! Imagine biting into a creamy, peanut buttery popsicle with little pockets of chocolatey goodness. Yum!
Optional: Drizzles of melted dairy free chocolatechopped salted peanuts
Instructions
Mix the Ingredients
Add the vegan Greek yogurt, agave and peanut butter together and and very gently mix everything together. Gently fold in the chocolate chips. Taste the mixture and if you want it sweeter, you can add a little more agave at this time.
Fill the Molds
Transfer the mixture to a large pastry bag to fill the popsicle molds, or use a spoon to fill the molds. If your popsicle mold has slots for sticks, you can insert them before freezing. If not, freeze for 2 hours, then insert a wooden popsicle stick in the middle.
Freeze
Continue to freeze for an additional 4-6 hours or overnight.
Release the Popsicles
Run hot water around the mold for 30-45 seconds to help release the popsicles.
Additional Toppings
Want to take these to the next level? OK! If you want to drizzle or dip these popsicles into some melted chocolate, melt some chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between each increment, repeating until melted and smooth. Garnish with some chopped roasted peanuts if you wish.
