1 1/4cupsdairy-free semi-sweet chocolate chips or chocolate barany dairy-free milk, dark, or even white chocolate can be used
2teaspoonscoconut oil

FROZEN FRUIT CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BARK RECIPE
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice your strawberries and lay them on the parchment paper in a rectangular size like 9"x13”. Add the blueberries in the open spaces.
Microwave the peanut butter for 15-20 seconds and spread it over the strawberries and blueberries and then place the baking sheet in the freeze for 5 - 10 minutes.
Microwave the chocolate and oil in 20-second increments until smooth, stirring in between each burst until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Remove the baking sheet from the freezer and pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer. Top with sea salt if desired.
Freeze for at least two hours, then slice or break it apart as you wish!
