Ingredients

FROZEN FRUIT CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BARK RECIPE

  • 6-12 strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter or crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 cups dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate chips or chocolate bar any dairy-free milk, dark, or even white chocolate can be used
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • Sea salt optional

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice your strawberries and lay them on the parchment paper in a rectangular size like 9"x13”.  Add the blueberries in the open spaces.
  • Microwave the peanut butter for 15-20 seconds and spread it over the strawberries and blueberries and then place the baking sheet in the freeze for 5 - 10 minutes.
  • Microwave the chocolate and oil in 20-second increments until smooth, stirring in between each burst until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the freezer and pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.  Top with sea salt if desired.
  • Freeze for at least two hours, then slice or break it apart as you wish!
