1/4cupagave nectar or maple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1/3cupcoconut flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray in an 8-inch baking pan, set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas, then add the peanut butter, sweetener and vanilla. Mix everything together until well blended. Once blended, add the coconut flour, baking soda and salt and combine.
Transfer the peanut butter banana batter to the prepared baking dish and smooth the top out evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bars are fully baked. You can check by inserting a toothpick in the middle to see if it comes out clean and without moist batter.
