Ingredients
2cupsnon-dairy semi-sweet chocolate chipsor dark chocolate chips
1/4cuppeanut butter
2cupspuffed quinoa cerealsmall or large puffed
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until smooth.
