Instructions How to Make Healthy Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles

    Blend the Strawberries:

    • Blend the frozen or fresh strawberries in a food processor or blender on high speed until you get a smoothie-like consistency. It can be chunky or smooth based on your preference.

    Mix the Ingredients:

    • Add the agave and the yogurt to the blended strawberries and very gently mix everything together. Alternatively, you can pour the berries and agave into a bowl and fold in the Greek yogurt. The mixture will be thick. Taste the mixture and if you want it sweeter, you can add a little more agave.

    Fill the Molds:

    • Transfer the mixture to a large pastry bag to fill the popsicle molds, or use a spoon to fill the molds. If your popsicle mold has slots for sticks, you can insert them before freezing. If not, freeze for 2 hours, then insert a wooden popsicle stick in the middle.

    Freeze:

    • Continue to freeze for an additional 4-6 hours or overnight.

    Release the Popsicles:

    • Run hot water around the mold for 30-45 seconds to help release the popsicles. Enjoy!
