Ingredients

  • 14 ounces Vegan Nature’s Charm Sweetened Condensed Coconut
  • 2 cups dairy-free chocolate bar, chopped + 2 tablespoons
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract optional, if you want more coconut flavor
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut add more for tops

Instructions

  • Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, add the coconut condensed milk and chopped chocolate. Microwave it in 20-second increments until the chocolate has just melted.
  • Remove the bowl from the microwave and whisk the two ingredients together until smooth.
  • Quickly add in the coconut and transfer the mixture into the lined pan.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour, until it has firmed up. Slice into 24 bars.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate. Store in the refrigerator for optimal texture.
