Vegan Greek Yogurt Superfood Bowl Recipe

  • 1 cup of vegan Greek yogurt of choice I used Silk Vanilla Almond Milk Yogurt, but there are lots of options out there, using oat milk, hemp milk, coconut milk, cashew milk or soy milk as well.
  • sliced strawberries
  • blueberries
  • sliced bananas
  • raspberries
  • chia seeds
  • Toppers including granola dried cranberries, dried raisins, pepitos, almonds, pecans, walnuts, etc.
  • Optional: drizzle of a tablespoon of peanut butter almond butter or nut butter of choice. Place nut butter in microwave for 20 seconds until smooth and drippy to drizzle, can also use maple syrup or agave nectar for a sweet fix as well!
  • Other optionals: shredded coconut chocolate chunks or chips, flax seed

  • Spoon your yogurt into a bowl, then layer on top with fruits, seeds, toppers and drizzle with some peanut butter! That's it and it couldn't be simpler to assemble!
