Ingredients
3cupsvegan chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bar
¼cupcreamy peanut butteroptional, for flavor and texture
1tablespoonneutral oiloptional, if chocolate needs thinning
4 to 8vegan graham crackerscrumbled
2cupsvegan mini marshmallows

Instructions
Line a muffin tin with paper liners, or use a silicone muffin pan.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate (and peanut butter if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted.
If needed, stir in oil to thin the chocolate.
Add the crumbled graham crackers and marshmallows. Stir until everything is well coated.
Use a cookie scoop or spoon to portion the mixture into the lined muffin tin.
Sprinkle with extra marshmallows, graham crumbs, or sea salt if desired.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
