  • 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Chill the Tools: Place your mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for about 15 minutes before starting.
  • Scoop the Cream: Open the can of coconut cream (do not shake) and scoop out the solid cream into your chilled bowl, leaving the watery part behind. You’ll see the cream should have all risen to the top and hardened, that's what you want.
  • Add Flavors: Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the cream.
  • Whip It Up: Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture on high until it becomes fluffy and light, forming soft peaks. This should take about 3-5 minutes.
  • Taste and Adjust: Taste the whipped cream and, if desired, add more sugar to sweeten.
