  • 1 1/2 cups roasted hazelnuts
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips or semisweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or oil of choice
  • sea salt optional

How to MakeĀ Chocolate Hazelnut Cranberry Clusters

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  • Mix the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl. Heat in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time. Then stir in the hazelnuts and dried cranberries until covered in the chocolate.
  • Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, scoop hazelnut clusters and place on the lined baking sheet. Add some sea salt or some decorative sprinkles if desired.
  • Put the baking sheet in the fridge or freezer for 1 hour until the clusters are hard.
  • Store in the fridge or freezer in a container with a lid. Serve them straight out of the fridge or freezer.
