1 1/2cupsroasted hazelnuts
½cupdried cranberries
1cupdairy-free dark chocolate chips or semisweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
1teaspooncoconut oil or oil of choice
sea saltoptional

How to MakeĀ Chocolate Hazelnut Cranberry Clusters
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
Mix the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl. Heat in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time. Then stir in the hazelnuts and dried cranberries until covered in the chocolate.
Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, scoop hazelnut clusters and place on the lined baking sheet. Add some sea salt or some decorative sprinkles if desired.
Put the baking sheet in the fridge or freezer for 1 hour until the clusters are hard.
Store in the fridge or freezer in a container with a lid. Serve them straight out of the fridge or freezer.
