  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. Mix the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl. Heat in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time or whatever method you want to use to melt your chocolate chips, double boiler or a chocolate melting pot. Then stir in the hazelnuts and dried cranberries until covered in the chocolate.
  3. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, scoop hazelnut clusters and place on the lined baking sheet. Add some sea salt if desired. 
  4. Put the baking sheet in the freezer for 1 hour until the clusters are hard. 
  5. Store in the freezer in a container with a lid. Serve them straight out of the freezer.
