Ingredients
4medium ripe avocadoshalved and pitted
½cupfinely chopped white onion or red onion
¼cupfinely chopped fresh cilantro
2roma tomatoesseeds removed, finely chopped (cut tomatoes in half and remove the seeds with a spoon)
1small jalapeñoseeds and ribs removed, finely chopped
3tablespoonslime juicefrom about 2 limes, or more if needed
¼teaspooncoriander/pepper
1teaspoonkosher saltmore to taste
Instructions
Using a spoon, scoop the flesh of the avocados into a low serving bowl, discarding any bruised, browned areas.
Using a fork, mash up the avocado until it reaches your desired texture of small chunks or large chunks.
Add the chopped onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, tomatoes pepper, and salt. Stir to combine.
Taste and add additional salt until you get the flavor you want.
