Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour use gluten-free flour for gluten-free option
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup vegan butter
  • 1.5 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs egg replacer like Bob's Red Mill
  • 2 tbsp non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Vegan chocolate chips dairy-free like Enjoy Life

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees, and grease a baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl stir together 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, and 1/4 tsp salt.
  • In a large bowl beat 3/4 cup Vegan butter and 1.5 cups brown sugar until creamy. Add 2 egg replacements, 2 tbsp non-dairy milk, and 1 tsp vanilla. Beat well. Gradually add flour mixture and beat well. Stir in 1 cup Vegan chocolate chips.
  • Transfer batter to greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. After a toothpick comes out clean let the blondies cool for 15 minutes in the baking dish, then cut into bars and enjoy!
