- 4 large sized sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted vegan butter, melted
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk of choice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt

- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped or broken pecans
