Instructions How to Make Chocolate Blueberry Clusters

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dairy-free chocolate chips and peanut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, repeating 3-4 times.
Once the chocolate and peanut butter is completely melted, stir in the oil and if you want these sweeter, you can add some agave.
  2. Add the blueberries to the melted chocolate and gently stir them to make sure they are coated.

Storing Chocolate Blueberry Clusters

  • Chocolate-covered blueberries are best eaten two to three days if refrigerated. Once you refrigerate them, you can eat them right out of the fridge or let them come to room temperature about 30 minutes before eating them.
  • Freeze blueberry clusters for a week or two.

More Variations

  • As far as the chocolate choices, besides chocolate chips, you could use Lindt’s Oat Milk Chocolate bar, I’ve used it before and it’s amazing!ย  Trader Joe’s also has a chocolate oat bar and now Hershey’s has plant-based chocolate, so you can experiment with your chocolate tastes. Of course there’s Enjoy Life, but you could also use Lily’s dark chocolate bars or Hu Kitchen Chocolate Bars and now there’s Cadbury plant-based bars!ย  So you can go really gourmet with these with these brand name, good quality chocolates.
  • We used fresh blueberries, but you could use fresh raspberries, strawberries, blackberries or cherries.
  • Don’t want clusters? Make a blueberry bark instead!
