- 2 tbsp non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Vegan dairy-free chocolate chips

- Heat oven to 350 degrees, and grease a baking dish.
- In a medium bowl stir together 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, and 1/4 tsp salt.
- In a large bowl beat 3/4 cup Vegan butter and 1.5 cups brown sugar until creamy. Add 2 egg replacements, 2 tbsp non-dairy milk, and 1 tsp vanilla. Beat well. Gradually add flour mixture and beat well. Stir and fold in 1 cup Vegan chocolate chips.
- Transfer batter to greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. After a toothpick comes out clean let the blondies cool for 15 minutes in the baking dish, then cut into bars and enjoy!
