- 4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter or crunchy peanut butter (can also sub with any nut butter, like almond butter, tahini, cashew butter)
- 1/2 cup dairy-free or vegan chocolate chips (Can add 1 tablespoon coconut oil for thinner chocolate coating if desired to chocolate chips when melting)
- 4 tablespoons chopped peanuts or cashews
How to Make Healthy Frozen Snickers Bananas
- Transform your bananas by slicing them into quarters. Arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, add popsicle sticks if desired at this time.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the peanut butter and microwave for 20-30 seconds so it’s super drippy and spoon or drizzle it on top of each of the bananas.
