Why We Love These Easy Vegan Cinnamon Bars
Making these delicious cinnamon bars is not complicated at all. It’s so easy. Simply make flax eggs, combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl, top with cinnamon sugar and bake for 30 minutes. That’s all there is to it!

Ingredients You Need
Easy Vegan Cinnamon Bars Recipe
- whole wheat flour
- pure maple syrup
- organic brown sugar
- ground flaxseed (+½ cup water to make flax eggs)
- molasses
- ground cinnamon
- salt
- oil of choice (we used canola)
- non-dairy milk of choice (we used unsweetened almond)
How to Make Vegan Cinnamon Bars
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8 x 11 baking dish.
- Combine 3 Tbsp ground flaxseed with ½ cup of water in a small bowl. Stir and let it sit for at least 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl stir together all ingredients EXCEPT only use 1 tsp of the cinnamon, and only use ½ cup of brown sugar. The remaining ½ tsp cinnamon and 2 Tbsp brown sugar will be used for the topping.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and smooth it evenly.
- In a small bowl stir together 2 Tbsp brown sugar and ½ tsp cinnamon. Sprinkle it on top of the mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool a bit before cutting into squares
